ยบ [ooc]xD :wonders who Toto is in this situation:[/ooc]
Deerpaw was taken aback by her sister's reply. The fair-furred apprentice had never seen herself as brave, and especially not when it counted. She almost wanted to ask her sister what she meant, but decided against it. She didn't want to end up with a distorted image of herself because of things her peers said.
Catching the direction of Bitterpaw's gaze, Deerpaw too, moved her light amber orbs from the thawing ground to the dim, dusky sky. Stars could be seen, and Deerpaw wondered if her words had an effect on her sister, and this was the reason she had turned her eyes to the sky.
But who was she fooling?
"We should get back to camp," Nodding in relieved agreement, Deerpaw sped up her pawsteps to fall alongside her sister, moving quickly across the terrain that was her home, littered in pine needles, and hoped that no cat would notice them re-enter camp.
[ooc]to camp indeed! :3[/ooc]

The sand swirled around Silentwing's paws as her jumped softly down from the boulders that encircled SandClan. Glancing at Cloverwish and Duskpaw, he gave a small tilt of his head, eyes glittering sharply as he studied them momentarily. Gazing out across the sands, he saw Topazpaw's flaming autumn pelt, and nearby- Soulstealer's midnight black one. He blinked sadly, wishing that his daughter trusted him as much as an apprentice did her mentor. Would that ever happen? Silentwing could ponder that for as long as he liked- but that didn't mean he'd get an answer. Purple-tinged muzzle shining slightly in the cold sunlight, Silentwing paced swiftly across the sands, heading towards the border with the rest of the patrol- he looked up at Cloverwish for a moment as she led him and the apprentice onwards, then, when they finally came to a pine tree, he stopped and marked his scent.
