Wavestar ambled across the pearly white sand of SandClan territory, shaking her luxuriously thick fur, she padded on, white, amber-tinged pelt glowing ever so slightly. She shivered as a strong wind swelled up and shot out, cold and ruthless, stinging Wavestar's eyes and pelt. SandClan camp was a way off, a ring of boulders in the distance, so gradually, the cat swiftly headed back, amber-gold eyes shining like stars.

When Wavestar got to SandClan camp, she brush passed a lone reed plant and leapt at the boulders protecting camp, she scrambled over the nobbly surface and landed on all fours in the camp, the comforting scent of SandClan washed over Wavestar; fish and salt and crisp sea air. She leapt sleekly onto the tire used for announcments and ceremonies, looking down on the camp, she sighed. SandClan didn't have many members, so if danger threatened, they were likely to be out numbered.

Wavestar stepped daintily down from the tyre and began towards the shed, she glanced at the medicine cat den nearby, filled with herbs that had been found, padded with any scarce plants they found that could be used as bedding.

(I might not RP much until SandClan gets a member Wavestar can interract with.)

Wavestar wrinkled her nose slightly, she still needed a deputy, and she couldn't appoint Shadowpaw, he was only an apprentice. She sighed, if only a miracle would pass into her paws... But of course, it didn't.

Shadowpaw blinked. She proceeded out of her den, yawning and flashing rows of sharp teeth. She glanced at her leader with worry. She knew what she was thinking about, but could not find words to consolidate her. Wavestar would have to figure this one out on her own.

(Do you mean console? I thought consolidate was something about car insurance... lol.)
Wavestar mewed a greeting to Shadowpaw as she came out. "Hello, Shadowpaw, going hunting?" She suddenly realised that she should be doing, swiftly crouching ever so slightly towards the ground, she sniffed delicatly, trying to pick out any scents.

When no scents came to the she-cat, she glanced up a moment, catching sight of the powerful waves in the distance. Toppling over one another, darkest, inky blue, fringed with foamy white.

Shadowpaw did not answer for a moment. She gave her paw a hasty lick, and twitched her ears. "If thats what you want me to do," she meowed carefully, between licks.

"It would be helpful." Wavestar purred gently. "Considering snow is heading this way, she inclined her tail towards the looming grey clouds, the same clouds that had shed their pearlescent light only a few sun's ago.

Shadowpaw nodded, and with a flick of her tail, she had disappeared nimbly over the rocks surrounding the camp, and lolled over the sand, her paws sinking slightly in the wet beach.

Ribbondance looked around her crate-den, making sure she had tidied all her herbs and supplies. She had, and everything was how she liked it. She exited her little wooden crate to find Wavestar and Shadowpaw. "How is the hunting?" she asked, concerned. She could feel her empty belly complaining, and she winced. She didn't want to remind them of how little prey they had.

"I was just going now." Wavestar mewed, "And Shadowpaw is going out to hunt at the moment." She dipped her head, steadying herself into a hunting crouch, she crept across the sand, sniffing around each grain and occasonal reed plant.

Ribbondance tilted her head as she watched the leader. She had a deep respect for Wavestar, especially in these hard times. With few Clan Cats, it would be hard to protect SandClan, and her talents as Medicine Cat would be needed. She sighed, and turned around. What could she do now? Her store was full and organized, and she could not hunt, as she was neither a warrior nor an Apprentice.
