Raindance felt a wave of relief wash over her as she watched Mosspaw lumber into the medicine cat's den. He'd be alright now, she thought, but she still felt terrible for leaving him alone. She overheard Moonstar and Ghoststorm speaking of a hunting patrol, and she felt like she still hadn't done enough for the clan, despite the days work, and padded over to the two cats. "I could go on the patrol too, if you need me." she mewed, though her muscles were still stiff, as if they hadn't yet thawed out, and her belly felt sickeningly empty. Still, there must be hungrier cats in camp, she told herself, and wouldn't go back on her offer.

Ghoststorm cast an alarmed glance at Moonstar, hoping she wouldn't force the obviously-tired Raindance to go out again. The poor she-cat had barely had a rest all day. Turning to face his Clanmate with a touch of concern in his yellow gaze, he meowed gently, "Surely you're tired, Raindance? You've been out all day and you look half-starved. There are other cats who could probably do the patrol." He was sure to keep far away from actually ordering, or even directly suggesting, anything. He didn't want it to sound as though he were ordering her about, especially as Moonstar was right there, and didn't want to seem like he was calling her unable to do a patrol. He was simply worried she was over-working herself.

Moonstar purred inwardly at the thought of how considerate her Clan were. She fixed her gaze on Raindance and meowed gently, "Thats an order Raindance. Now get inside your den, out of the cold." she tried not to be too harsh on her, as she understood how she must have felt, hopeless and enthusiastic at the same time.

The wind whipped at her fur, as she braced herself against the wind and icy torrents raining down upon her. " HELP!" she meowed, loudly enough ove rthe roaring wind to be heard quite clearly, " HELP ME PLEASE!"

Mosspaw shifted in his sleep, his fur had dried, but was sticking up in spikes, he opened one sparkling green eye, then the other, twisting his head about. Someone was shouting... something he couldn't decifer through his awakening... And then he heard it. Rushing outside, he shivered as the wind hit. Cries for help were coming from nearby, but where? He could hear much through the snow and wind. "Where are you?!" He yowled.

Whipping around from the conversation, Raindance stared wide-eyed outside the camp as she heard the desperate cries of a cat. Bounding into the snow, her eyes wide, trying to see through the white fluff pelting down on her, ignoring the harsh icy wind against her fur, she called out. "WHO'S THERE? WHERE ARE YOU?" Desperation clung to her voice as she yowled through the snow, straining her eyes as her fur began getting soggy and wet with the melted snow in her pelt.

"Over here, by the big pine tree! please, hurry! I am getting extremely cold," her paws were weary with pain, and ice from her journey across the icy land. " Hello? Are you there? Help someone, please?"

Moonstar heard the cries, and her ears pricked. Dashing out of the cave, she relented slightly as she felt the freezing, crisp snow beneath her paws. Bounding onwards, she saw Raindance and Mosspaw searching for the owner of the voice as well.

" Over here," She tried to rise to her fullest height." Please, help me, dont leave me here!" She attempted jumping up and down with her broken leg, meowed her fullest, a bellowing cry, that would surely get their attention.

For goodness sake, if the cat can jump up and down, why is she calling for our help?! Raindance thought. The snow wasn't that blinding, and it seemed as if the cat wasn't even hurt. Padding quickly over to the cat standing by the pine tree, Raindance's fur prickled in agitation at the leaping cat. "What? What is it?" she mewed, gazing at the cat before her with scalding eyes. She had a hard day, her muscles ached, and now, she had gone out to find a cat that was supposedly in anguish, only to find it leaping around like a frenzied kit and yowling like an enraged bear.
[[ooc;;there actually are no pine trees this high up on the mountain...just letting you know xD]]

Ghoststorm had raced out into the snowstorm beside his leader but now padded up to stand beside Raindance, flicking her briefly with his tail to try and calm her. He understood her frustration, and was a bit annoyed that the, seemingly fine, cat had made them all come out in the snow again but any cat was bound to want help in these terrible conditions. "What do you want from SnowClan?" He asked calmly, not letting the hint of annoyance he felt show at all. This cat might be in danger, after all.

Mosspaw almost spat when he saw the cat, irritation tinged his green eyes and he nodded to Ghoststorm's question, that was exactly what he wanted to know. Stalking closer he raked his gaze over the new comer, what was wrong with them? If his eyes had searched hard enough; nothing.

Moonstar's gaze hardened as she approached the cat. Her lip curled slightly in annoyance, this was not the kind of cat she wanted to deal with! She had better things to do than look after a weakling. Throwing a glance at Mosspaw, her ears flicked with irritation at the thought of the training she was supposed to be giving him.

her leg gave out, she fell, yowling in pain, " I need to see a medicine cat.. please," She gasped, her leg was at an oddly bent position. She lifted her leg feebly before setting it down with a sickening crunch.

Mosspaw's ears quivered he wandered how the cat knew about medicine cats. Probably a rogue. He though bitterly. Glancing at her leg he stepped forwards, wandering how she could jump up and down, offering his shoulder for her to lean on, slightly grudgingly, ready to lead her to camp, he glanced at Moonstar quickly; for permission.
