Well, she did have a secret. A big secret. Why was she trusting this cat? How did she become so soft? She closed her eyes and thought hard. She couldn't tell anyone her secret, but there was something about Kifi that just changed her. She opened her eyes and shook her head. "Yea, I do. I won't tell you though!" she hissed. Her tail lashing. There it was, her old personality, the way she liked it. She couldn't let him make her soft!
"I was a rouge, until I was caught by twolegs and 'adopted'. I still sorta feel like a rouge though." she mewed in a slightly harsh tone. Why was she acting like this, it was as if two cats were controlling her! She didn't want to be involved with Toms though, not after what happened.

Kifi was surprised at Misty's change of attitude. He liked the nice Misty better. "Why won't you tell me? Can't you trust me?" He whined, sadness replacing his gratefullness. He was really hoping for something to talk about.
"I can believe you were a rouge. You certainly act like one." Kifi snorted and looked around the garden. Misty was a peculiar cat, so many different attitudes!

"I don't act like a rouge!" she yowled and unsheathed her claws, pinning Kifi down to the ground and digging her claws into his shoulder. "You wanna know my secret? Well, I was a stupid she-cat, and I fell in love, I had kits. My kits were taken away before I even got to know them, my mate left me and used me!" she hissed into his ear and let him go.
Her claws were stained with his crimson blood. A bit moody today, huh? She looked down at her paws and looked back over at Kifi. She hurt him! That's one part of her she could never harden, hurting someone. She ran over to his side and started licking his shoulders.
"I'm," "so," "sorry!"
She mewed between licks, covering his shoulders with the ice. Misty needed one straight attitude.

Kifi's eyes widened as Misty sprang onto him. Her claws dug into his shoulder like little thorns, or newborn teeth. His eyes widened even more when she told him her story. "Misty..." He started when she got off him. "Arg, Misty, I'm so sorry. I didn't know. I...Misty??" He started to apoligize again when Misty was on him again.
This time she was pressing ice onto the little claw marks in his skin. "Misty, are you ok?" Kifi pushed her off gently, and took the ice. He pressed the ice onto the forehead, as if cooling a fever. "You...feeling alright? You're very moody." His gaze was concerned as he looked her in the eyes, searching for any emotions.
Kifi was surprised at Misty. She was acting weirder than normal.

Misty sunk into the snow a bit as Kifi pushed her off him. "I have to make sure you won't die!" she mewed and tried to push her way toward him, but he beat her. Her head dipped a bit as the snow was pressed against her forehead. "I'm sorry." she mewled like an apologizing kit. It's just. You look like him, when I look you in the eyes, I see the same cat." she mewed softly. "I'm not usually this moody." She looked up at him and turned her head toward the fence. "I have to go!"
She sprinted over to the fence and jumped over it, Almost landing on top of Sylphie. "Sylphie, talk to Kifi, please, I didn't mean to hurt him!" Before waiting for a reply she jumped onto a windowsill and walked through a hole in the window.
She curled up slightly on the bare, dirty floor. her eyes watering up. How could she fall in love? How? She closed her eyes and a tear dripped down her fur.

Stonerib watched Sylphie carefully, pushing the light feelings of guilt of watching someone so unrelentlessly to the side of his brain, waiting for any show of emotion to his response. Partly nervous because of the wait, and also if his new friend (a little question mark there) would yell at him for staring.
"Yeah, right! But I do think that Misty needs someone like him, just so she doesn't hate all Toms guts."
Stonerib nodded eagerly at that- he couldn't help but agree with that. You couldn't decide if you hated something, or someone, on a poor first impression...or no impression. And-- She was giggling again.
The tom could have groaned at the sudden well of thoughts and feelings that burst through from their hiding spots once more. He had to do something about it- or he would go nuts. NUTS!
"Err...Sylphie...you have a, uhm, pretty.." The warrior started and stopped, started and stopped, so many times...and he couldn't even finish his compliment. Because some cats were yowling their heads off next door. And Misty was crying. And leaping over the fence. And begging Sylphie to go talk to Kifi... Amber eyes spread wide, Stonerib had one thought in his head now: What had happened over there?

"Misty, I'm not going to die!" Kifi looked at her. "I look like him..." He stared at her as she jumped over the fence, crying. Oh, gee. He felt bad now. "Misty..." He was growing fond of the she-cat, and he couldn't stand to make her sad. +~+~+~+~+~+~+~ Sylphie watched Stonerib search for words. The last word he said was "pretty". Then Misty jumped over the fence. She was crying?? "Sylphie, talk to Kifi, please, I didn't mean to hurt him!" She begged the kittypet and jumped into a hole in her nest's window.
"Hurt him??" Sylphie whispered, flabberghasted(XD) and turned to Stonerib, who still seemed to be struggling with what to say. "I guess I should go talk to him. Uhm..." She glanced up at the sky, the fading moon was full! "Hey, Stonerib, the moon is full!" She gasped and turned back to him. "I guess you're going to have to get back to your clan. I'll see you again, ok?"
She didn't stop to hear him say goodbye, but jumped onto the fence. +~+~+~+~+~+~+~ Kifi looked up from licking his "life-threatening" wound when Sylphie walked in. "Are you ok?" Her soft mew was shaking, as if expecting her brother not to talk to her. "Yeah, I'm fine. Misty was just telling me a secret, and pinned me down, her claws are sharp!" He paused, looking at his sister. "She got up then put ice on my shoulder. It was wierd. She was hissing in my face one minute then caring for my "life-threatening" wound before running off and apoligizing."
"Secret?" Sylphie was more interested in what Misty told him. "What did she tell you?"
"Well, don't tell anyone?" "Promise." "Alright, so she fell in love, had kits, but they were taken away from her before she could get to know them. She says she can't let me die, and that I look like him."
"Huh, is that so?"

Stonerib watched nervously, pale amber eyes flickering between the window where Misty had been and Sylphie, now off his stomach and on his wide paws. Which he was kneading the ground with, taking out the small adrenaline boost that had just flooded his senses. Daring to take his eyes off their track, he lifted his gaze to the sky... and saw the full moon. The Gathering!
How long had he been here? Only a day...right? His smushing of the snow had stopped, and nod he was staring in amazement at the orb sitting pretty in the ebony sky. Shaking his head, knowing he had to come home, he looked over to Sylphie sadly...
"I guess you're going to have to get back to your clan. I'll see you again, ok?"
He blinked in surprise at that, and by the time his eyes were opened wide again...she was scrambling over the fence, claws scraping the old wood. And was gone.
The warrior was not living up to his name, as his fur flattened against him, shoulders and the rest of his body slumped. For a moment. Because as equally as he knew he wanted to stay here for so long, he also knew he had to get home. To SnowClan. Turning towards his own exit fence, the tabby tom bunched his hind legs, preparing to jump...and gave one final glance at where Sylphie had been sitting...he could still see her there. And smell her. And...Stonerib shook his head aggressively. No! And with that, the SnowClan cat jumped the fence in a single leap, back paws just scraping the top, and landing with a muffle 'thump' in the snow. He was looking over his shoulder as he walked to the edge of his territory. And collected his frozen hare. And ascended the mountain to home. Stonerib could swear he could see her.

Misty popped her head out of the window. She was hungry. She sniffed the air and closed her eyes. She could only reach prey if she ran over Kifi and Sylphie's fence. She sighed and felt her belly rumble. Well, she didn't want to starve. She jumped out of the nest's window and backed up a bit as she landed in the snow. She started to run and picked up speed. She jumped over the fence and landed onto the other fence guarding Kifi's garden. She tried to regain balance but ended up falling backwards into the snow. She landed with a 'thud' and sunk into a mound of snow. Melting on her fur. She climbed out and looked around, well, she wasn't in Kifi's garden, so she must have been on the other side.
Hot breath was on hers and she turned around quickly, a large black nose was pressed against her fur and big brown eyes were staring at her. It was a dog! Misty jumped and the dog followed her, it wanted to play! Misty scrambled up the fence. Her paw got snagged and she nearly broke it as she pulled it out. She let out a hiss, looking over at the other side of the fence, only to see Kifi and Sylphie.

Kifi and Sylphie looked up simultaneously. What they saw was Misty, and they heard the yapping of a dog. Kifi's eyes widened and he jumped up from his sitting position. "Misty!" He yelled and jumped onto the fence. He grabbed her by the scruff of the neck and pulled her onto the fence. He didn't know if the dog was dangerous or not, but he wasn't going to take that chance.
"Misty?" Sylphie looked on as Kifi saved her from the dog. He really seemed to really care for the silver tabby. Soon Kifi was hissing at the dog and swiping at it's nose, making it whimper and growl. "Go away! Leave us alone!" The larger of the twins snarled at the dog and sent one more slash at it's nose before turning to Misty. "Did it hurt you?"
Sylphie walked up to the fence. "Did it do anything to you?" She hated dogs, no matter the size or personality.

Her eyes were open wide as she was lifted onto the fence. She was breathing heavily. She looked over at Kifi and then down at Sylphie. "I'm fine!" she mewed hoarsely. she jumped down off the fence and made her way through the snow. She flicked her tail and jumped onto her fence. She looked back over at the two cats garden and sighed. Why did she have to fall in love? Why did her heart ache to be with him? Misty's aggresive gaze faded from her icy blue eyes and were replaced with sadness as she jumped into her own garden.
Misty didn't even get prey...oh! She sniffed the air and crept over to a large bush. Stalking behind it she leaped and killed a small bird in the blink of an eye. She ate it quickly, burrying it's bones in the snow.

Polaris padded idly along the two-leg street, watching the moonlight spill sleekly across the tops of nests, like some great cloak of silver and shadows. The tom's eyes glittered slightly as the pale light washed over his quietly-toned fur, as if rippled as the wing caught it, toying with the strands of his sandy pelt. He gazed around and scented the air. Cats. Nearby. Shrugging, he padded onwards, closer to the scent, he wasn't looking for cats, just company, he hadn't had much of that since the other day, when he'd met a kittypet and a tom-hating she-cat.

"Misty..." Without warning, Kifi jumped off the fence and raced after her. "Misty, wait!" He landed in her garden, the area becoming more and more familiar. "Misty, come on!" She seemed to have just finished a meal, and was burying the bones in the ground.
"Misty, what's wrong?" Kifi dragged his tired paws over to the pretty she-cat and looked at her, concern blazing in his yellow eyes. "Did I do something?" He looked around. Good, the strange tom was gone. He saw how happy Sylphie was with him, and that worried him.
"Is there anything you want to talk about?" Kifi sat down and stared at the ground. A mouse scuttled past, but he didn't make a move to catch it. Not like he could, anyway, he had forgotten how to catch mice a while ago. He didn't even remember how to fight properly!

Misty turned quickly, only to see Kifi. She turned her head and sighed. "How can you love me? What do I have that no other she-cat has? I'm stupid!" she mewed slowly, choking on the words. "You are a perfect house-cat, I live in this dump with trash-talking twolegs and only ONE of them cares for me!" she looked down at her paws as she spoke and twitched her tail. She stood and glanced back over at him.
"Why didn't you catch the mouse, aren't you hungry?" Trying to change the subject. She flicked his ears with her tail and laughed, "You don't know how to hunt, do you?" she purred softly and realised, he was nothing like Dex. That was her ex-mates name. Kifi was who Misty would spend the rest of her life with.

Kifi stepped forward and pressed against her. He laughed, him, perfect? "Misty, I'm nowhere near perfect! And you're not stupid! You just have a small temper problem, that's all." He stepped away slightly and looked at her, purring.
"No, I forgot how to fight and hunt a while ago. Plus, I'm not that hungry." Hmm, what to talk about...what to talk about. //OoC: Arg, waaay too short. >.<\\
